We are looking to appoint a Senior SAP C/HANA Consultant, to join our Global Customer Engagement Centre of Excellence.
Duties and responsibilities:
Experience in developing go-to-market strategies for SAP products and services.
A proven record of presales within the SAP Customer Engagement domain
Strong consulting background in providing both technical delivery and advisory services in a senior role in CE projects (Stream lead for a large team or Solution Architect)
Deep SAP C/4HANA Product portfolio knowledge and experience, covering SAP Sales and Service Cloud (ex C4C) and SAP Marketing Cloud (ex. Hybris Marketing)
SAP CRM background
Hybris Commerce experience
Minimum of 7 years’ implementation experience in the CE space
Has led internal initiatives alongside chargeable external project work
Excellent communication skills and ability to build ‘Trusted Adviser’ relationships
Reports into:
Global Customer Engagement Centre of Excellence Lead
Location:
(UK or Germany) – with full flexibility with travel
